Additional Tray Wall Extensions, Partitions, and Dividers
Tray side wall extensions are available in both plain wall and slotted wall configurations allowing the tray’s perimeter walls to be extended up to 10" tall, depending on the extension heights selected. This option is desirable in applications where product being stored is taller than the standard tray walls; the extensions prevent product from falling out of the tray. There are also a wide array of tray partitions and dividers available for any tray size allowing customers to configure trays for small parts storage or to segregate items to individual locations within a tray.
Label Printers
A label printer can print customized labels with information about the products being handled when connected to the MODULA® Vertical Lift Module.
Barcode Scanners
A barcode scanner allows operators to scan items being picked, ensuring faster and more precise operation.
Electronic Counting Scale
An electronic counting scale allows operators to weigh out small items quickly and easily in order to determine the quantity of parts being picked or stored within the Vertical Lift Module.
Exterior MODULA® Unit Enclosures for Outdoor Installations
MODULA® VLM units may be enclosed in a weather-tight structure exterior to the facility. This allows a tall or large vertical lift module to be utilized in instances where a customer may not have adequate floor space or ceiling height in their current facility. Trays are delivered and returned through an exterior wall into a picking area within the facility.
Controls Updates
Updates to older MODULA® units with the latest controls features on items and hardware developed by System Logistics are readily available.
Software Upgrades
Software upgrades for any of the SYSTORE® or MODULA WMS® software packages are available as updates and future versions are brought to market. With this feature, customers always have the latest software available at a very reasonable price. Additionally, optional multi-annual software subscription fees enable customers to access updates the moment they become available.

System Logistics organizes professional technical training courses to allow MODULA® operators and maintenance personnel to remain competent on the proper maintenance procedures, as well as current on the latest product technical updates.
